Refunds / Exchanges
Jewellery may be refunded/exchanged within 48 hours of receiving it, directly through Elega. In order to qualify for a refund/exchange, all goods must be in their original condition and may not have been worn, sized or adjusted. Jewellery will need to be returned to Elega via courier in their original packaging prior to the refund/exchange being authorised. Customers are responsible for the costs of return. For an exchange, customers are responsible for the costs of the return and costs of delivering the exchanged item back to them. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive a notification that it is being shipped for delivery. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.
